- Is it safe?
- To provide you with the highest level of ordering security, Lab-Physics uses PayPal system. For information on how PayPal protects, you, follow this link.
- How soon can I use the software after ordering?
- You can begin using the software as soon as your transaction is completed.
- Do you accept international orders?
- We accept orders from all the countries that PayPal serves. For a list of those countries, go to: http://www.paypal.com

- How do I install LAB-Physics software?
- To download the LAB-Physics software, choose either the Launch Tutor link or the Download Shortcut link on the login page. Downloading will proceed automatically. For more information, see About Auto-Launch
- What are the system requirements?
- If I have a Mac - Downloading requires the Safari browser. System requirements include the following: Macintosh G3 or higher, 400 Mhz or higher, 128MB RAM or more, Mac OS 10.2 or higher;10 MB available hard disk space
- If I have Windows - Download requires Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher. System requirements include the following: Windows 32 bit, Athlon 700+, Intel Pentium 3 or higher, 700 Mhz or higher, 128 MB RAM or more and Windows 2000or XP+
- Why download a Shortcut?
- Placing a shortcut on your desktop means that you do not have to return to the login page each time you wish to use LAB-Physics. Instead, just double click the shortcut icon on your desktop.
- Do I have to stay connected to the Internet to use the software?
- Yes the software will need to remain connected while in use.
- Does it matter if I have a slow dial-up connection?
- A dial-up connection is not recommended because LAB-Physics is graphics intensive.
- What about firewalls in my institution?
- If your institution has firewalls that prevent downloading LAB-Physics software, please ask your system administrator to contact us for assistance.
- What should I do if the lab doesn’t open?
- If on occasion the lab window does not open, just click the lab icon in the upper left corner of the Tutor window. If the lab still does not open, contact us.
- How can I report a problem from inside the software?
- If a question or problem arises while you are using the software, just open the ‘bug report’ in the top menu and we will be in touch with you.
- What if the software locks up?
- In the event the software locks up, just close the application and restart.
